Difficulty getting credit for returned product

Fleximount shipped out the wrong product. I returned the product via FedEx. Tracking number confirms they received on 12/7/20. I have had several email exchanges with customer support and each response is an empty promises. Here it is one month later and they have yet to credit my credit card $145.00. Good product but horrible customer service. Won't buy here again. Can find comparable products elsewhere.
